CT-Designs Calligraphy Guidelines

Place Card guest lists MUST be submitted as a Microsoft Excel document with last name and first name in different columns:

The reason for this is that typically these cards need to be alphabetized upon completion.   If I am not able to alpha sort the list provided,
there will be an additional administration charge of $10.00. Guest lists for outer and inner envelopes do not have to follow these
guidelines, however the list still needs to be typed.

If landmarks, romantic titles, etc. are desired in lieu of standard table numbers, there will be an additional charge of $.10 per card.

Lettering prices do not include the price of place cards. CT-Designs can purchase cards from Crane's, Paper Source or Papyrus and will
pass this charge along at cost.  They typically come in packs of 50 or 100.

Handwritten lists will not be accepted.

For hard copy lists, the font size must be no smaller than 12 point.

No faxes will be accepted.

Will need an additional 10 - 15 envelopes per 100 names desired.

Spell out all abbreviations (Street, Boulevard, Court, etc.).

Client must be responsible for correct names and addresses.

Colored ink and/or opaque envelopes will require an additional charge.

A 50% deposit must be secured before work can start.

RUSH ORDERS CARRY AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $50.00 WHICH MUST BE PAID UP FRONT AT THE TIME OF DEPOSIT PAYMENT.
