THE CUSTOM INVITE PROCESS

• Consultation (phone or in person): The best way to begin is by filling out our handy form.  After that, we can discuss what kind of event you are having, colors, theme, feeling you want to create, etc.

• After that, I will come up with some ideas based on our consult... Depending on how extensive your vision is, this usually takes 5-7 days.  If you see something that we have already created that you would like to make your own, the timing is not as long.

• IMPORTANT NOTE CONCERNING CONCEPTING: We are willing to begin designing a concept for you without a fee, as we understand that you may still be shopping and comparing ideas and costs (the options can seem endless), however this will be limited to one round of creative.  After that, no additional rounds can be executed without a financial commitment to use our services.

• Estimate/Contract signing

• 50% deposit to begin - we accept personal checks, and for your convenience, we now also accept the following types of credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

• Physical sample and/or electronic pdf proofs are sent for final approval to the client

• Job goes into production

• Balance is due upon receipt of materials

• Shipping: I can either deliver invitations to local clients for an additional fee; for our out of state clients, we usually ship final product via insured UPS or FEDEX

KEY DATES TO BE AWARE OF

Save the Dates - usually mailed out 5-6 months before the event

Invitations - usually mailed 6-8 weeks before the event

We like to have 6 weeks prior to the mail date to develop your invites, however rush ordering is available as long as our schedule allows. 

NOTE ABOUT RUSH ORDERS: If there is a desire for a rush order, key dates and milestones (i.e. client approvals and responses to proofs) in provided timelines MUST be strictly adhered to, or we may not be able to accommodate your order.  Clients who have paid their 50% deposits earlier and are already in our production schedule will have the highest priority.  There also may not be an opportunity to execute a rush order if our production schedule is at capacity.

CANCELLATION POLICY: There will be a $50.00 fee for all orders that are cancelled after the contract is signed.
