PROGRAMS

Purpose of the Program?
Prior to the champagne toasts and first dance, your guests are first and foremost observers and participants as you exchange your vows. A program documents the event and allows your witnesses to feel a part of it.

What Does the Program Include?
Generally, the program cover indicates the names of the bride and groom, the date, and sometimes the location. Inside, the order of ceremony is outlined, songs identified and any rituals or special traditions are explained.

Needless to say, this vehicle offers a tremendous opportunity to:

• Incorporate your wedding colors and/or monograms, design elements
• Continue the theme of the wedding
• Communicate you and your fianceés personality and style
• Personalize your event with a keepsake for your guests

CT-Designs crafts programs that create buzz among guests and won't be found on the floor of your banquet hall!

BOOKLET STYLE

The most popular program style that we design. Either an 11" x 8.5" sized piece of card stock folded in half to a finished size of 5.5" x 8.5" or a verticle style 8.5" x 11" folded in half to a finished size of 4.25" x 11". This style is recommended for the bride that desires to only communicate the most basic information.

Typically, the booklet style will feature your names on the cover panel, the wedding party on the inside cover panel, the wedding cermony details on the right and miscellaneous information on the back cover.

These miscellaneous details usually include:

• Memoriam/In memory of section
• Details about your venue if you are so inclined (Especially if this is a historic site, or church)
• Acknowledgements/thank yous from the couple
• Your new address and/or contact information
• Small map or turn by turn directions to the reception site, especially if they are tricky... This will be helpful to those guests who have not brought the map insert from the invitation suite.

Average costs:

• 100 - 125 - $265.00 + tax & ship
• 150 - 200 - $336.00 + tax & ship
• 225 - 275 - $430.00 + tax & ship
• 300 and up - Will need a custom quote

These prices are based on metallic cardstock, design fees, physical proof and a stapled spine only. Ribbons on the spine, crystal/rhinestone embellishments, or another sheet of paper added to increase page count will increase costs.

Note to budget chic brides: Value-engineering options on the above costs are possible. Inquire about black ink and non-metallic (basic white) cardstock. Both of these options can reduce your overall costs!

Z-FOLDING STYLE

Our most affordable style. The "Z" fold program is recommended for brides that only want to share a small amount of detail related to their event.

This style features:

A pattern on the front panel... This pattern is usually one that has been used throughout your materials. This offers another chance to repeat them.
The second panel will include your wedding party
The last panel indicates the ceremony information and either acknowledgements/thank yous from the couple or in memory of section
Running along the right of this last panel will be the couples names, venue and date

This is an affordable option because we are only printing on one side of the stock!

FAN STYLE (5 PANELS)

The fan style program is friendly to brides who would like to share a lot of detail in a fun way! If you would like to make guests aware of wedding rituals, etc., this is a vehicle that you should consider.

This style features:

Typically 5 panels, since 4 panels can be handled through the booklet styles. If you are interested in 3 or 4 panels, then a custom quote can be provided.
Gold or silver eyelet at the base of the panels
Square with rounded corners or our scalloped petals are available

Average costs (SQUARE WITH ROUNDED CORNERS - 5 panel - 50 programs minimum):

Average costs (PETAL STYLE - 5 panel - 50 programs minimum):

50 - $200.00 + tax & ship

These prices are based on white 100# cardstock, black ink, design fees and a physical proof. Colored inks, special stocks, ribbons threaded through the eyelet and/or crystal/rhinestone embellishments will increase costs.

WATERFALL STYLE

The waterfall style program is another style that will appeal to brides who would like to share a lot of detail in a fun way! If you would like to make guests aware of wedding rituals, etc., this is a vehicle that you should consider.

This style features:

Typically 5 layers of stock, the first being vellum or "see through"
Pattern used from the wedding at the very top and affixed to the foldover edge of the vehicle
Ribbon either threaded through or affixed to the top of the program
Layers of stock indicate header of information for the guest, i.e. order of ceremony, acknowledgements, etc.
